We collect information you provide directly: email address, account credentials, resume text (extracted from uploaded files), and job descriptions you submit for analysis. We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how our service is used.

2. Resume Processing

Resume file parsing (PDF and DOCX) happens entirely in your browser. Your original resume file is never uploaded to our servers. Only the extracted plain text is sent for AI analysis and stored as part of your scan report.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), AIMLAPI (AI analysis), PostHog and Plausible (analytics). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and scan history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@atschecker.ai.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and row-level security on our database. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.

7. Your Rights
